As a courtesy we have available an option for signing up for text reminders! It is so easy and you can confirm right from your phone. Please click the text reminder button when signing up if this method works best for you! In a busy world it is an easy way to click and say “yes, I’ll be there!” without the interruption of a call. We may also do confirmation calls the day before to help remind you of your appointment if you prefer!
Please be mindful that we require 24 hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
To provide the maximum level of customer service to you and clients scheduled after you, we unfortunately have to reschedule appointments that are arrived too late. Men's or child's cuts will have to be rescheduled after 10 minutes and women's services will be rescheduled after 15.
OUR NO SHOW (no call to cancel/reschedule) POLICY:
1st time no show it’s on us! Hey! We get it. Life can get crazy and and we all forget appointments from time to time.
2nd no show: We hate you missed your appointment but our stylists need the time to be able to fill that available slot. As a favor, we will only require a 50% non refundable deposit that will go toward your next booked appointment!
3rd no show: Our stylist has been waiting. We miss you! After three no shows we will require a 100% non refundable deposit that will go toward your future booked service.
